Anyone on here have a Niente? If so what motor? I'm wanting one for rough water use on inland lakes. Have been looking for a hull like that for over 20 years.

The factory for the type I want is in Sarasota Florida and when I get ready for one I will go down and try one out first.

Hi Fishmor -
We've got a Demo Niente in the water right now with a Suzuki 70 - they're rated for up to 90HP, though. We would love to take you for a Sea Trail - just let me know.
Best,
Heather

Hi Heather,
I just went to your website to look at the Niente. I am looking for a basic Panga like the Niente, but in a large size. I live on the Sea of Cortez, and the water can turn rough in a hurry (despite the well intended weather forecasts). I will use the boat for fishing and diving, so I need a stern dive platform/bracket.
Do you have pricing available on a basic 22' and a 26' boat? My email is: billder99@hotmail.com

Hey Bill - We do build a 22 foot boat with the Niente style interior - the Marquesas. That actually was our original model of boat. We just built a Marquesas for a Customer who is an avid Scuba Diver - with custom dive tanks, added storage, custom anchor puller, etc. A Marquesas rigged with a custom dive platform sounds like it would suit your needs well! Here is a photo of the Marquesas:
